Chicago Nose Job | Could a Non-Surgical Nose Job Be Right For You?

If you’re not satisfied with the shape of your nose, but don’t want to undergo any invasive surgical procedures, there may still be hope for you. As our skill with injectable fillers continues to increase, more people are looking at a “liquid” nose job.

Traditionally, rhinoplasty is a surgery that requires anesthesia and a significant amount of time to heal. The resulting changes to the nose are permanent. A liquid nose job, or non-surgical rhinoplasty uses ice to numb the injection area before using small needles to change the shape of the nose with fillers or Botox. Unlike a surgical procedure, the results are only temporary (lasting anywhere from 9 months – 2 years) which could be a big positive if you end up not liking the results.

Not all people and not all issues can be fixed with this non-surgical option, but if you’re the right candidate, this procedure can be used to cover issues like a crooked nose, or a bump to make the nose appear straighter, more refined and even smaller.

Non surgical rhinoplasty can not be used to slim the width of the base of the nose, narrow the nasal tip or bring the nostrils in. The procedure also can’t bring the top of the nose closer to the face.

While there are risks involved with any procedure, this non-surgical option has limited risks and complications are extremely rare. In fact, it is most likely one of the safest procedures you can have done.
